Home is where the heart is. This is true for every single client, it doesn’t matter if you are my client or across the table from me. No matter if you are buying or selling, you become attached to your new (or old) home. In order to keep that heart, you need someone who understands that love you have for the home you either want to live in or need to let go of.
I am a Realtor who is always in search of clients – Buyers, Sellers, or Renters. I have co-brokered deals as well as closing every contract I have ever written on my own.
They say a story is what people like to hear or read; so here is my current favorite. There was a couple who had put in 8 contracts to buy their new home and none of those contracts came to be their new home. While their agent was out of town, the wife asked me to show her just a few more homes. On Saturday, the wife got in my car and we saw a few homes; three or four, I think. The agent, I was helping out, wrote a contract on her favorite home of the day; sadly yet again, that offer was a no go. The very next weekend, she asked if I could show her a few more; so into my car, she went. On the drive to see our first home of the day, she mentioned that this will be the last weekend she would be out looking and putting in contracts. The process of looking at homes, then falling in love with one and writing contract after contract has left her tired and worn out. It was the final home of the day, we walked into and she fell in love with a home; I know from her reaction that this was to be their new home. While at the home, we talked about the buying the home and what to think about when offering on this home. We also briefly discussed why she thought the other offers weren’t accepted. After I dropped her off back at her car, I called her agent; we discussed me writing the contract; the agent said go for it! And guess what! It was accepted as a back-up offer. After the long searching and painful offer process, I can happily report that they are enjoying their life here in Denver in the their first ever home!
It is my background in mineral management that has taught me a few important very things. For instance, did you know that the mineral rights to a plot of land don’t always come with the house that’s on that plot? Yep, this is one more avenue I can help you navigate. In this case, I can work side by side with your agent, or as your agent; it’s entirely up to you. If you have questions, please feel free to reach out to me.
One of my talents is contract mastery which comes from my background and experience in the Oil & Gas industry, more specifically I spent more of my time on the exploration and development side of things.
To get comfortable with the contracts your mentors teach you to practice writing and presenting contracts. In order for me to become successful with this, I started writing contracts for agents whom I was filling in for. At this point, I have a 100% success rate for all of the contracts that I have written and have been presented, either by me or the selling agent, have been accepted.
I assure you that you will always be my priority as my client and that I will work hard to find you the house or the buyer that you need. Let me help you find the Right home, Right NOW!
